Throughout 2019, Teachers and Staff at Akiba School have been part of X-Core Leadership Training. Through monthly training sessions with guest speakers, small group discussions, and personal reflection, the staff have gained new skills in leadership, communication, and character development. The teachers have also gained access to a variety of tools to strengthen their influence to positively shape children under their care.

XCore is designed to help good leaders become great leaders by helping individuals become fully aware of what it is like to be on the other side of themselves and adjust. Staff at Akiba have learned to strengthen their “Core” leadership capacity, multiply transformation into others and leave a legacy of influence.
